Misinforming customer & no action from manage

On Friday afternoon, the 10th May, I went into the Woolworth's Clearwater branch to take advantage of the 20% off sale on knitwear. I selected a grey, knitted dress but, at the till, the teller told me that this dress was not included under the knitwear sale and that only jerseys were included. I then decided not to purchase the dress. On Saturday the 11th May I went into your Cresta branch and saw the same dress was, contrary to the information given to me by your Clearwater teller, on sale! I was very upset and asked Naledi (who is apparently the Textile assistant at Cresta) to find me a small size but none were in stock. I then asked Naledi to call the Clearwater branch and ask them to put the dress aside for me to collect on Monday. I made it clear that I expected to receive sale price given that I had not purchased the dress as a result of misinformation from a Woolworth's staff member! Upon collection I was told the sale is over so they cannot give me the sale price! The manager, Desmond, was useless, wasted my time and clearly has no authority to address a customer's issues whatsoever. My treatment by your staff was very poor and reflects terribly on Woolworth's.
