I made a cash purchase for Gucci gift set from Foschini Gateway for R865 on the 07/09/2013. The gift set suppose to include a 90ml and 30 ml bottle of the same fragrance. When I opened the box I found the 90ml fragrance missing. I immediately called the store and advised them of this. I went to the store the following day but was verbally embarrassed by the assistant manager on duty. I visited the store again on the 11/09/2013 prior to making several telephone calls to the manager and was again verbally embarrassed and they did not resolve the issue. They allege the fragrance assistant opened the box and verified the contents however i did not see him do this and they have no cameras to prove it. They also said the cashier at the till point is trained to open gift sets and confirm the contents. The cashier did not do this and the fragrance assistant confirmed this. i demand a refund on the goods. I will not accept another product after this humiliation nor will i support the store again. The manager also alleged I used the 30ml but upon inspection realized this was not the case and the bottled was still sealed. She refused to even apologize about that.
