SHOCKING AND DISGUSTING SERVICE

After ive complaint about the couches they promised to exchanged them. On the Morning of the 9th received a call on my to work from the driver asking for the directions to my house as one number was missing from the delivery note, i was in the taxi already i had to get off and take another taxi back, At first i didnt mind thinking finally i will have my couches as promised, to my surprise when they took off of the plastic the couches were in a worse state as the ones i was in the house .they had a colour varition light brown and dark brown, old, on the side the couches were wearin off and squeezed.
Called Solly the very samday who promised to send another delivery the promised to delivery on the 17th of which he never did and didnt bother to advise what was the problem let alone a simple apology even if he didnt mean it again i made another follow up phone call on the 18th i was promised yet again to get the delivery on the 21 st of which it never happened and nobody bothered to inform me on monday the 23rd ive called solly who never bother to make follow up he said he will send the email to warehuse and copy me on it until today after i gave him time until friday what a poor serv
