I purchased a new living room suite and was told it would be delivered on a certain day namely today. When i contacted the store i was told that i will no longer be delivered today but only the next day. Ihad taken a day off to receive delivery as i was told it would be today and now due to them not keeping to the arrangement i waisted 1 day of work. Thy are quick to take my money when i buy stuff but when it comes to delivering on the service well i find them lacking. When i tried to contact costumer care i just got given other numbers to call, when i called i just get voice recordings or just get cut off. At no time was i able to speak or get hold of any person who could tend to my complaint, so i conclude that service delivery is not one of there concerns as at no time could i speak to any costumer care agent. Even when i asked for the regional managers number i was told reception thy cant give it to me. So how do you complain when you cant get hold of any one, and the relay bad part is the bad service i received was from a branch manager, the person who is suppose to be an example. So why make promises you don't keep, nice example for your staff.
