Horrible Service, Bad Attitude!!!

On 28.07.12 I bought a Lounge suite which turned out to be damaged. After numerous complaints to Linda who was the store manager at the time it was repaired. 6 weeks later it was returned with the same problem. I called the store again and I was told it was going to be replaced. On 19.02.13 the replacement arrived. On the same day I noticed that the new one was also damaged. I immediately called the store and was put through to Alex who told me they'll have the damaged part replaced within two weeks. A month later I called again to find out what the hold up was and i was met by a very rude Alex who told me that the repair place was too busy and she has no control over that. She can't tell me when my problem will be fixed either, I reminded her that she had promised to replace the damaged section and she told me that she said no such and the only thing she can do is repair that part and that was two weeks ago.
Can this company tell me what exactly am I'm paying for??? I've never missed even a single instalment throughout this ordeal!!! why do I keep receiving goods of low quality and no service from them??? Is this their idea of LIFESTYLE LIVING??? This is unacceptable.
