Back to School Blues

At 8.30am I placed an order with Kenart and asked for it to be ready for collection at 11.30am, I was assured that it would be ready for collection. When I went in to collect, needless to say the order, was not ready I was told, not asked, to come back later. I explained that I could not come back and could my parcel be delivered. I was again assured that it would be delivered to me before 2.30pm at 3.40pm, my parcel had not arrived. I called again only to be old that I will only receive it the following day! I understand that its back to school and the shop is busy but at anytime, anyone of the people i dealt with could have given me a call and explained to me what the problem was. Don't commit to service delivery if you are unable to meet it!
