Pathetic Service

Posted a parcel through speed services and was told it would be ready for collection the next morning at 10am I now find out that the parcel hasn't even reached its destination and will only be ready for collection on Friday! What is the point in paying for an overnight service, could have just sent the parcel with normal postage! Ridiculous service!
