I would like to compliment Zona, Gerhard & Ezra.

I went to Baby City with our Avent Breast pump that was not working properly today. We have owned the product for several years. Gerhard tested the product for us and then compared it to a new product off the shelf. It was identified that the power supply was faulty. I explained that my wife had told me not to come home without the product in working order! Zona then proceeded to contact the sales representative Wendy Gevers. She agreed almost without hesitation to replace the power supply immediately. I would like to compliment the team for efficiently going the extra mile and addressing our needs almost immediately.
