360 degree service

I happened to accompany a friend to Big Blue in Clear Water Mall (JHB).

I have never experienced such immaculate service. The staff there are not sales people, they are fashion consultants, resolving your clothing challenges for the particular event or purpose for which the clothes are required.

They educate, support and provide a happy atmosphere for their customers to interact with their clothes and find what they trully need. In other stores, staff look like they are avoiding customers and are reluctatnt to help.

So much can be learnt from the Big Blue approach, well done, keep it up. You are true pioneers of what the fashion retail business is supposed to be. Your amazing!!
