Staff shopping and trying on clothes not working

I was in Jet Cresta yesterday and I was totally appalled. I was looking through the sale rack and one staff member bumped me while she was trying to get some clothing off the rack to try on. She then proceeded to try the clothing on at the sale rack with other staff members standing around commenting on what she was trying on. I then went to the changeroom to try on some clothing and the floor of the changeroom was disgustingly dirty, it looked like someone had groomed themselves in there, there were clumps of hair lying all over the floor. I got the impression that all of Jet's staff are too busy shopping and are not working, there seemed to be staff in groups all over the place looking at clothes, trying on clothes and talking and laughing, seems they dont need customers, they have enough trade from their staff! I asked for the store manager but she was not in that day, I was told she would contact me today - she needs to take her staff in hand, they are running the place not her!
