Disgusted once again Pick n Pay Clothing New TOKAI

The service at NEW TOKIA BRANCH is horrendous, No etiquette is being displayed when talking to other customers. No actions to go the extra mile. I'm on the road all the time, Blue Route Mall Tokai & Constantia etc. NEVER HAD A PROBLEM to keep things aside.
It's not my 1st OR 2nd time complaining about New Tokai. Customer-Service complaints should be taken serious. The 1st time I walked out with a jersey on a hanger in my own world, not knowing im carrying the jersey and I walked until Blue Route mall when I realised I have something in my hand. I nearly burned out because of the anxiety I was feeling, I returned it to your security that was standing by the door. I complaint about this specific branch before, The ATTITUDE is amazing!!! Your staff is disrespectful, when I ask your staff (the way she is dressed don't even look like she is on duty) chimed in when I asked where the sign is for not keeping sale's stuff aside. She then challenged me: "Where is the sign for keeping garment's aside "Comparing to other Clothing stores, including OTHER Pick n Pay clothing stores you won't find this service.
