Street Hustlers in upmarket Mall

Why is it that every time I shop at Canal Walk I must be accosted by these street hustlers in your mall?
what seems to be an upmarket shopping destination is ruined by the fact that every time me and my family come here we are attacked in your aisles by what seems to be foreigners selling their wares!

Even after saying no repeatedly they still insist and even went as far as once told I have no money, as to insist as to taking me to the bank to use my credit card!!! I see them attacking customers every time I walk past and would not be surprised if one day another customer will attack them back! please do something about these street hustlers as my family and I would like to continue the enjoyment and convenience of your mall!
