MFC is not willing to make a payment arrangement

I have an account with MFC and I have been paying my instalment with them every month, until I was un-employed. Thou I was un-employed i continued paying MFC, however the amount was not complete. I was paying what I can afford then. They sent a very RUDE, ILL-MANNERED and DISRESPECTFUL woman to repossess my car. I managed to pay what I was owing, which was R5000. I made an arrangement to pay the minimum amount and they consultant refused and once again they are on the hunt for my car and I am NOT willing to give my car to them. I am working now and I have started paying my account and they still insist of repossessing my car. They don't want to make a payment arrangement, all they are interested inn is repossessing my car. One will swear that they already have a buyer for it, as we all know that after I have made almost a third payment on the car MFC will sell it even for R1, just to be spiteful and humiliate me
