TIRED OF CONSTANT HARASSMENT REGARDING MY ACCOUNT

I have been a customer of Homechoice Capetown for over a year and have always paid my account on time. I recently asked to have my payment date changed to the 7th of each month and subsequently received an sms to say that this is totally acceptable.

However, I am constantly receiving calls and private calls from Homechoice and to say they are a rude and unpleasant is an understatement. I had to deal with a very nasty black woman yesterday complaining that my account is not sorted out, it is only due next week on the 7th. I actually put the phone down on her and I will not speak to them again. Never before have I endured such rudeness and lack of education from some of these telemarketers and accounts people. I will never ever buy from Homechoice again. The quality of the goods is fantastic, but the majority of staff are very ignorant and exceptionally rude. I will not answer their calls again, as I am not in arrears with my account and always eft the payment on the due date. Pity that these people get the jobs. In a word "disgusting
