Efusal to exchange shoes

I went to the in January to buy school shoes then this week on Wednesday I brought the shoes back because the size is small and my son he wearing a bigger size now. The manager did not even come out of the office to explain to he send a cashier. I edgardale customer service still they told me if the manager refused then there's nothing they can do.
