Very Unprofessional attitude

During the week I went in to Dischem Clearwater for my children to receive the flu vaccination but they did not have stock. There were also other chronic meds that I needed. I was phoned on Friday to tell me that my daughters chronic meds were ready, and I said I can come and get them when I bring the kids for their flu vaccine. She asked when I will come. I said I can come Sat morning. She said she would check with the clinic sister, came back on the line asked me what time, i said i around 9am, she said that will be fine. On Sat morning I arrived at about 9:20, &joined the queue. At 10am it we were called in, the sister asked me "do you have an appointment" I said yes, I had spoken to Gloria who told me I can come. She said "we are very busy on a Saturday, you are supposed to make an appointment." Her manner was very rude &abrupt. I said to her that it is unnecessary to talk to me that way, so she said "we are under a lot of pressure" to which I said "that is still no reason to be rude" this exchange left me in tears but she did not even apologize. She forgot to ask me to sign consent, which I had to do afterwards, then she began helping the next people before I was out the room
