I phoned Dischem 08Nov to find out what time the clinic was closing. The sister I spoke to told me she would be there till 17h30.I collected my 21 month old daughter from creche at 15h00 and arrived at the Dischem baby clinic after 16h00. I asked 2 of the Dischem floor sales people if the sister was in her office. They confirmed she was in her office consulting with a patient. I noticed for 30mins no activity and asked another sales person to find out if the sister was in her office, she said the sister was busy consulting a patient. She said she would go to the front desk and phone the sister to check if she was there. She came back 20mins later and told me there was no answer. She opened the door and confirmed the sister wsnt in. At that stage I was very upset as my daughter had become restless. At the same time the sister from the well-being clinic came out at commented: "Well, I also do babies". She then went and pointed at the door showing the sister wouldn't have been on duty at the time I got there, I told her that I phoned before I came in and the nurse confirmed any time before 17h30 she will be there and that no appointment was required.
