I went to get a parcel delivered through the value added service of Aramex. I paid at the til and got my plastic packet. Upon packaging my document I sealed it only to realise that I had sealed the see through sleeve to put the waybill in on the inside. I asked the lady at the counter to please assist and she then ask some other lady to assist. She then told me she needed to speak to the manager. Upon returning she tells me the manager has said I must pay AGAIN! R99, 00 for another plastic sleeve!! Are you kidding me? On my refusal I then said I wanted to speak to the manager. I made her go and fetch him. He comes and out and tells me I must pay R99, 00 for another sleeve. I point blank refused and asked why I must pay DOUBLE for a service that had not even been rendered! I admitted to the fact that i enclosed the sleeve the wrong way around - my mistake. There is NO ONE there to help you anyway. But now I must pay for something that's going to cost 50c to replace!? Not once did Jason attempt to find a solution, offer to call Aramex or even TRY and resolve the issue - lets rather say make a client pay for an honest mistake - DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!
