CUSTOMER SERVICE NON EXISTANT IN ATLANTIS

Ever since the PNP management has changed in Atlantis the PNP has totally lost the meaning to the word CUSTOMER SERVICES, Everyday its the same thing over and over again extremely long queues that go into the aisles 1-2 cashier assisting customers! its so pathetic and the just of it is that management simply don't give a! I've been in the store this evening and asked to speak to the manager, I'm still waiting for him to come and speak to me, the lady who I spoke to first Donay was very helpful and sympathetic, I was watching her as she was speaking to the manager "Sampie Maarman" he looked right at me and didn't even acknowledge me knowing full well I was the person complaining. Its ridiculous that the people from Atlantis has to be treated this way. I would prefer driving to Melkbos PNP which is about 30 miuntes away from where I live then to go back to that Hole! Our people deserve the best! so why do we get treated like dogs!!! maybe pnp franchise should have a look at the they place in the frontline to manage their stores!
PNP ATLANTIS IS PATHETIC!!
