Pathetic Service from Manage

I went to Spar on 10/08/13, they did not have stock of Paramalat yogurt that was advertised. Spoke an Indian manager who told me stocks will come in on Monday. Went in yesterday, still no stocks. Asked the supervisor for the careline number. After my shopping went to the front desk where I asked the Black lady for the supervisor and she told me the manager will give me the number. Whilst @ the desk the manager was abrupt when the lady told him I am waiting. He didn't bother to ask me what was the problem. Gave me the number and did not even apologise. When I asked to phone from the store he says that I want to use their expense I must phone from work. The problem is with the store thus I should phone from there. Why should I use my work phone? He refused to give his name. How can they have a manager who is not customer oriented who does not have customer ethics and is rude with customers. The number I was given was incorrect as it was not as other carelines or call centres. I phoned another Spar and was given another number. Seems Spar is not professional like other retailers as the numbers only rings and no voice recordings. Also other retailers we get rain checks.
