Bad Service

Yesterday was the second time I have experience bad service at the Deli section of Spar.
I have probably waited more than 10mins on both occasions just to get some polony and attention while there are 2 staff helping other customers at the hot food section and taking their time at it. If I didn't eventually say "Can I eventually be helped?! " the staff lady would have just carried on chatting away to the customer. I have complained already to the manager suggesting to have a person manning the cold meat section, but it falls on deaf ears.
I don't even get an apology to say sorry for my long wait.
I'm a very disappointed customer.
