BAD ATTITUDE

On the 15th June 2013, I went to look for a lounge suite at House and Homeat South Coast Mall. i was assisted by Thembinkosi Ntusi together with onother sales lady. They showed me all the lounge suites they had and we happened to fall inlove with a lether suite worth R13 999. We decided to pay cash for the lounge suite and on paying on humanity grounds, i requested a gesture of paying for cash from the manager also explaining to him that we had bought our office furniture from them cash. i was not demanding but the attitude of the manager was so arrogant that he even mentioned that they do not entice customers by giving gifts. i said to him its not a matter of enticing but a matter of gesture, it was just a request. he even mentioned that the friendly service they displayed to us was enough. his attitude was in a manner of 'TAKE IT/LEAVE IT'. That did not go in very well as a customer and i told him that I'll rather go buy the lounge suite somewhere else cheap or expensive goods dont matter that much but the attitude of the seller counts a lot. I would never recommend anybody to go buy there.
