Why shout and get rude with customers

I am very disappointed in the staff of Game's call centre. I called to make a query on why my application that has been denied and the lady that answer the phone, Pheliswua Saliwua personnel number 5812 was shouting at me. She has a bad attitude and does not know how to deal with customers that has queries. If this is how i am going to be treated by Games personnel then why should i even bother try opening an account with them..
Really disappointed and unhappy.
