Beauty Salon to be avoided!

Very disappointed with this salon, after having visiting them the day before my wedding for semi perm eyelashes, which clumped together on the morning of my wedding, only to start to fall out the same day!
I did telephone in the morning to explain the situation - to be told they couldn't help me until the afternoon, even though I begged and pleaded as I was getting married.
Awful customer service from the manager, staff who couldn't care less - as a visitor from the uk I've never been disappointed in salons throughout SA - but now I know this one is to be avoided!
