Poor Poor Customer Service

I had purchased a groupon deal for the Beauty: Wash, Cut, Blow Dry with Treatment and Foils. Firstly my appointment was for 14:00 in the afternoon, I got a call from the lady at the salon asking if I could make it an hour earlier, because they had a cancellation. I agreed and came at 1:30. When I got there, Trevor the hairstylist was sitting outside and having a cigarette and chatting to a customer. I then had to wait a good 15 - 20 minutes for him to come in and he didnt even wash his hands!!! My hair was dry and curly as I had rinsed it that morning, Trevor said I had to brush out my own hair..when he got back to me, he immediatley started asking why do I my hair the way I do, it looks terrible..as I am a coloured woman, I curl my hair by wetting it and leaving it to dry, as my scalp sweats, I find its better to style it that way. Trevor critised me by saying, loudly and in front of everybody in the salon, also sighing loudly all the time. In all my time visiting salons, I have never been treated to this state of poor customer service. I felt that if he could not handle my type of hair, it should have been stated up front or he shouldnt be in business at all.
