How difficult can it be to print jumbo foto's

I wanted to print 41 jumbo fotos and 2 6x9 fotos. After a hour I got my sms that my fotos are complete. When I got there they printed some new size its little squar fotos and didn't even start to print the 6x9 and I got there almost a hour after they contact me to collect my fotos when I got there all this happend I could not wait another hour because I had work to do on the farm. I live 50 km out of town and now I must get my fotos when I go to town in 4 days time.
