DONT BUY ANYTHING EXPENSIVE FROM MR PRICE!!!

On the 16th Febuary 2013 we purchased two Kubu wicker chairs from Mr Price at Greenstone branch Edenval.
During November 2013 we saw that the one was badly broken on the seating area. When you consider that these chairs were R1699.00 EACH it is definately not something to live with. On 27th November I approached Greenstone branch, asked to see the Manager, with fotos, payment slip etc. I saw Cindy who told me she was the assistant Manger. No very friendly, telling us to contact Durban Quality Control with an email address for William Shabangu. I duly sent him an email, including fotos and three days later I had to email him AGAIN to ask for acknowledgement of receipt of my mail. He confirmed that he received it, and promised to get back to me. Needless to say, he did not and on Wednesday 4 December I received a phone call from "Vusi" at Greenstone telling me that they were going to exchange both chairs. I asked WHEN and he promised on Friday the 6 th December. Needless to say NOTHING has been exchanged. I just phoned William Shabangu again and he put the phone down in my year.
