I have a SMART insurence for small dents and Chips and Scrachs. what happened is in 2011 i scrached my car on the bumper and i registered my claim. and i got the quotations as requested. the feedback i received was that my claim had been declined because the scrach was to big whilst i saw it as minor. again last year in November 2012 i registered a claim for another scratch on de drivers door and i was requested to send one quotation and they even suggested a panel beater for me and i went and sent the quotation and the fotos. time passed and i was told that they didnt receive the fotos and i sent again that was first week of December. last week i received a message saying i must contact Lebo the person i was dealing with, which i did. and the consultant who picked up the fone said to me in order for my claim to be finalised i must sent the second quotation now which i have a problem with because why did it take them two months to communicate that to me. why was that not communicated with me from the onset. the service they are rendering is so poor and unsetiswfactry to me as their customer. please help
