ABSOLUTE NONSENSE!!!

I just requested a credit report now and I am utterly furious with Edgars. I had an outstanding balance for the amount of R72 which I have paid in full last year. I remember leaving work early just to pay this because I have been hounded with calls.

Now my credit report is showing I am 4 months in arrears for not paying this R72???

WHAT ON EARTH IS GOING ON???

There are no letters on demands being sent to me, no phone calls for this amount!!!

WHY ON EARTH IS THIS STILL SHOWING AGAINST MY NAME???

I DO NOT WANT AN APOLOGETIC PHONE CALL, THIS HAS BEEN DONE LAST YEAR ALREADY. I WANT THIS REMOVED FROM MY NAME IMMEDIATELY. I am applying for bigger finance & this is going to Relect on my name AS A POOR PAYER!!! GEEEZ!!!
