Different batches of tiles in one orde

I did a bulk purchase of very large surface area of tiles in October to ensure the same batch and colour. After fitting the tiles we found 3 different shades of the tile. This was not that evident during fitting because of the dust of the angle grinder and because the tiles are not clean during fitting, and we certainly did not expect any difference in the tiles because we specifically ordered and paid for all at once.
Once we cleaned the tiles on the floor, we were surprised to notice a variation in colour, and notified CTM accordingly. That was on 16th Feb. We still have no proposal in terms of:
1 Replacement tiles
2 Labour to rectify the situation
3 Inconvenience caused due to the unexpected aesthetic disaster
4 Interest on the cash outlay since October
I had a number of telephonic and email discussions with CTM and various actions were proposed which are not reaching closure.
I eventually recommended closure by this evening, but this is not apparently forthcoming
