This is new account that I just opened and did my first purchase today. I was not told by any of your staff that I need to pay 15% of all my purchases
Because it's a new account for the next month or 3 months. That's sounds pathetic to me as those sort of co-payments are reserved for people who
Have bad credit ratings, and I certainly don't think that I fall in that category! The only reason I did open the account was because of the fashion vouchers
And not because I couldn't afford to purchase on the cheque account.

I made a purchase of R199 whereby I had a gift card of R70 that they applied as a payment. They applied the R70 gift card as a payment
Before my purchase however I was still asked to pay a further R30 for the co-payment. This is ridiculous as the teller said the payment of R70 doesn't
Update the same day. This is pathetic service as far as I'm concerned for a shirt that cost R199 is have already paid R100 which is 50% of the price.
What is the use of having this account???
