Edgards has a bad bad service every

I had an Edgards account which was settled last year 2012. Up until today my transunion account hasn't been updated till this date. To me as a customer it looks like money comes first, customers after because they don't care.
Do I still breach about them to my friends and family with this kind of service I'm receiving from them. This is unacceptable at all. This is a bad bad service every I've received from you guys. no wonder I've canceled the account with you
