Worse service and attitude ever!!!

I went to Totalsports Brooklyn Mall on Sunday 19 Jan 2014 at 12h00. When i wanted to try something on I was told by the shop assistant that i must give her 20c. When i asked her why she said that she needs it to unlock the door. so i have to scratch around to find a coin that she is happy with that is the right size to open the door. when i asked her how she locked it she said with a coin. and the reason is to "control access" to the fitting rooms. well if u want to lock it why dont u have keys or your own coins?? not my job to assist you in unlocking the fitting room which was filthy anyway. after this debacle i get to the till to pay where my credit card and the customers' next to me's cards are also declined. i am then informed that the system is now suddenly offline and i need to go draw money because it will take the whole day for Totalsports to come repair the tillpoints. the whole situation was handled extremely unprofessionally. with a very unhelpful attitude. the manager was just as rude and unhelpful. overall an awful experience to try shop at the Brooklyn Mall Totalsports branch.
