Pai for item, asked for refund, received neithe

I ordered shirt from them on 10 September 2013, we are now 19th October, no shirt, no refund just a series of very rude emails from them. Please see below:

Maybe if you read the information stated on the website before ordering you would see that we ask customers to allow up to 30 days for delivery.
We are not UK based. All orders are sent via airmail.
If you did not wish to wait pay double the price and get it from a high street shoop.

We will keep selling the 100's of shirts per day that we sell at the moment, and you really shouldn't go guaranteeing something you cannot deliver! How could a simpleton like yourself possibly stop us advertising?
