Where is your customer service?

Every time I shop at this store, I have to make a fuss, my meat/chicken/fish is NEVER placed in a clear plastic before being packed into my shopping bag. Everything is mixed up, wet and dry stuff together, toiletries with food, and then I look like the difficult customer when I complain. Your packers do not have any idea about how to even pack a shopping bag... how easy is it when I unpack my groceries in the exact order they should be packed into the bags.?? Your trolleys are absolutely FILTHY, broken and disgusting, why don't you have them cleaned with a pressure hose daily? And worst of all is when I asked to speak to the store manager - an untidy looking individual who kept saying sorry. We all make mistakes, but you never once acknowledged the problem in your store, or how you intended fixing it. Disgusting, I will rather shop elsewhere. You put your brand to shame.
