I have just had an terrible experience at pick n pay in stanger and will never attend that shop again.
1. The metal trolleys were all disgusting and dirty so I had to use one of the smaller plastic ones.
2. When I had finished shopping and was leaving the shop I had people running to me to tell me I can't leave theshop with that type of trolley - and it wasn't even the type with the baskets that people sometimes - insisting I take a metal one. So I carried my groceries to my car. Most places have people to help you to your car not people to make it more difficult
3. The entrance to the shop was packed because there was about 50 people queueing to get to the atm - no one was organising the queues and it made it very difficult to get to the fruits and veg
4. At the till the cashier had no cash so I could not draw money at the till like I do at other stores.
5. There was no one to help pack my bags (probably because they all stand at the entrance ready to pounce on anyone who takes a trolley out) and when the cashier, lina gandiwa, tried to help me pack she put the fresh meat at the bottom of the bag and was going to put the butternut and sweet potato on top!
