Not impressed with customer service

Not happy at all with delivery time as I ordered and paid for 3 CD's from takealot on the 16th Feb 2013. They only arrived 2 days ago on the 8th April! Almost 2 months after I ordered them. I understand there was a postal strike so this may have affected delivery so I am understanding of that to some extent.
What really disappoints me is that when I initially ordered the 3 CD's the payment went through and the order was accepted. The next day I received a voice mail saying that the price displayed on the website was incorrect and they have cancelled the CD that the wrong price applies to. I thought that I had gotten a great deal or that there was a special sale on or something when I purchased the CD as it was displayed as R1. But surely if a product is advertised at a certain price and is PAID FOR and the order is ACCEPTED then the customer should receive that item at the displayed price regardless of a system error or not?! After many emails back and forth takealot would not even give me a discount on the CD. My account was credited with the R1, but really, what am I supposed to do with R1?! I have always praised talealot but will think twice before buying from them again :(
