PROLONGED WAITING AND KEEPING CLIENT WAITING

I applied for a 12month subscription in october2012 of R75 charged at R66, to date it has never been loaded on my cellphone and im still being billed- last billing 07march2013. I requested cancellation countless times and on the system they say its cancelled but why am i still being billed. iv been refunded or so they say and still complaining. I AM ON MATERNITY LEAVE FOR GOODNESS SAKE THEN THEY STRESS ME WITH SUCH RUBBISH AFTER I THOUGHT IT WAS RECTIFIED.

for these two i was to get a c all back 48hours later and i got the call today by a guy named Sipho to confirm my request as opposed to dealling with it. thats some 48hours, utterly disappoointed.

I WANT COMPENSION FOR MY STRESS- I EVEN HAD TO CALL CLIENT CARE TO SORE FOR THE FEE CHARGES THAT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH ME
