On the 25th February 2013, I was at Total sports, Cresta Branch, Northcliff, JHB.I was there to pay my account, upon making payment there was a problem the supervisor called their customer service department for assistance to rectify the problem so I could make payment, upon I speaking to the customer service call agent (Tanya Coetzee) she advised me I have an insurance policy and a magazine subscription (club member), I advised her I did not agree to both of the policies and wanted it cancelled, which she said she will do, I also requested to be reimbursed for all the years (10 years) that I have paid for the above, Tanya said she will escalate and I will be contacted within 7 business days, it's the 13 April 2013 and still have received no feedback.
