Lewis Stores
Poor service

We bought a couch from Lewis Stores in George last year June. We saw beginning of June this year the couch is sinking a bit on the right hand side. I phone into the store and the lady said that they will send someone to come take a look but no one came to our house. The next week my husband went into the store and they promised that someone will be picking up the couch the next day. Still no one came. I phoned them 2 days later and was apologised to and promised that someone will come the following day. This is now 3 weeks later and still nobody showed up. I was phoned yesterday and told that they will be at my house the same day but still nothing. My husband and I both work and very time the store promises we have to ask someone to come to our house so that there can be someone at home as we do not people from the store to come and there is nobody at home. We are very disappointed as we got very good service when we purchased our items. All we ask is to be informed if pick ups can not be made.
