BAD SERVICE

I bought two packets of crop tops as I did not have my reading spectacles and as usual, shop attendants were shining with absence, I naturally assumed that it would be the same size as during my previous purchases.
At my arrival at home, my husband took my measurements, when we looked at the sizes indicated on the package we realized I should have bought a Medium instead of a Large.
I took the crop tops back to Makro Polokwane, to exchange it.
I was informed that it will not be exchange once it left the shop. I was furthermore more informed there is a sign indicating the latter. I never saw the sign from where I was standing, looking at the above - mentioned crop tops.
I tried to explain to the woman that my husband measured me but instead she picked the package up and put it rather harshly down on the counter while indicating, "Once... it left the shop we will not exchange it! "
Customers are fitting shoes with dirty feet, smelly feet and probable with some foot diseases, yet this is allowed.
Four to six weeks ago, we fitted lights at our house; I informed the shop attendants that the goods are damaged, yet they put it back in the boxes and back on the shelves.
POOR SERVICE!
