I have recently started using my Edgars account after a year or so of not making any purchases and have had issues like never before with the online services. After making a purchase 2 weeks ago, I logged on to view my statements and had no problems. However, when I tried to update my details, the page would not load, although I eventually got it right by using a mobile browser.

The real issues started yesterday when I logged on and was no longer able to view my statements (I get the error message, "No statements are linked to this online account"). The contact number listed under this message also happens to be incorrect ("the number does not exist" when dialed), and for the past 2 days, the entire website is so slow that it takes about 10 minutes to load the page or any link I click on, or it just doesn't work (not an issue with my connection - I've checked). I called the contact centre on the correct number and was told that there are no issues with my account, and that they would reset my password just to make sure. This obviously hasn't worked, and I'm not prepared to hold on for 15 minutes trying to contact the call centre again if they probably can't even help.
