3 Good Apples in a terrible fruit Salad

I bought a laptop from Incredible Connection, Somerset Mall early Jan'13. I was told I can collect computer the following day which was not the case. I had the one problem after the other. Poor client service, empty promisses, staff that was more concerned about their newly purchased Walka, lack of communication between shifts, staff and management and lame excuses.

Then I realized, Stellenhbosch have a upgraded mall with its own Incredible Connection.

It was a joy from the moment I walked in. Jaco met me at the door and immediately asked me how he could assist.

I was not prepared to go back to the Somerset Mall branch and its incompetent staff and management.

Jaco was happy to give me some suggestions and showed me other products. He was confident and extremely informative. Everything that Somerset Mall staff was lacking.

Over the next week Jaco assisted me in getting my lap top replaced. Hoosain Parker was on hand nto transfer all data from the old to the new. There was no huffs&puffs. It was a real pleasure!!

Eben Marx waved the data transfer fee as I already paid Somerset Mall for the initial transfer.
