Incredible Connection
Incredible? I think Not

I purchased software from Incredible Connection that doesnt work after 6 hrs on the phone with Microsoft problem still persists so I call Incredible they tell me to come in they give me the same product as clearly they don't understand the issue the sales agent listens to nothing. Incredible doesnt have an internet connection to test the product. I bring it back to the office and im back at square 1. I honestly want to know who the hires such ignorant staff
