Dont offer repairs on Kindle covers

I previously logged a complaint with Incredible Connection and on hellopeter and all I get is a standard response -"we will get back to you". They don't care about their customers and is not willing to assist, Shocking after sales service.

I bought a Kindle Leather cover with build-in light - the hinge that powers the light broke off and Incredible Connection's staff's response is they dont know if they can have it repaired. And this on an item that costs over a R1000... And the most shocking thing is that you can actually replace it by ordering from Amazon at about R400...

The reason I refrain from purchasing electronics online is because I want after sales service... in this case I just as well could have ordered from Amazon as Incredible Connection's is non existent.

And note to IC: please dont send me a standard email saying you a consultant will be in touch in due course... I have received enough of them to know that no one will be contacting me to assist...

Over priced ad bad service...
