PATHETIC CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE

I am highly disappointed in the service I received from the INCREDIBLE CONNECTION in SOMERSET WEST Mall. It's been 3 weeks since my laptop went in for repairs. The worse service I have ever received with the worst customer service I have ever received. To date, I still don't have any idea when my laptop will be ready for collection as neither the staff nor the managers made any effort to contact me or supply me with a collection date. Instead, I had to contact them all the time and visit after visit I get one excuse after the other. I AM DISGUSTED and will never buy anything from INCREDIBLE again.
