Repair on Washing Machine

Bought Defy wash mach Aug12 GameWaterfallMall.20Feb13 mach broke. Reported to Game. Tech arrived Fri 22Feb13 spring broke. Said should be able to repair Fri 1Mrch13.Spring is appr not a part commonly known to break on Defy mach. Phoned Game I was not happy mach has only 1yr repair guarnt & maybe I got a mach with a defect I was inf if I wanted to exchange I must discuss with Defy. Decided not to, seeing that I bought product from Game, they should assist me. Phoned Game 28Feb13-Cherine said she'd look into it & phone back never did. No news from techn either phoned Game Sat 2Mrch13 explained everything to Hannes esp fact that I want to exchnge (had similar prob 2006) said he'd phone back. Today 12Mrch13 techn phoned now has part phoned Hannes had 2 expln AGAIN before he remembered, I was still talking when he put the phone down in my ear! Didn't answer when I phoned back. Store Man is on leave, phoned H/Off askd to speak to a Man, Herman answ I expl situation he couldn't care said I must take it up with StoreMan! Game has return/refund policy I want a new mach with guarnt or refund on the mach & extended warrant. Hannes was unprofessional & rude. I've no mach for 3weeks & NO service from them!
