To whom it may concern

My husband and I were patiently waiting for assistance at the dispensary section in Dis-chem Nicolway. Eventually we got to a gentlemen who appeared as if he was about to assist, only to walk away as we approached. Without any explanation at all, he made himself comfortable a few desks away from us. Eventually we were assisted by someone else thank you to a gentleman named Costa, who seemed to be unaware of what had happened. That was absolutely shocking to say the least. The name of the pharmacist is Denver Wicomb. He has made my Dis-Chem experience totally unpleasant with his bad attitude and lack of people skills.
