Mach.a.r. steel biggest rip off

In june 2013 i requested anthony to quote me for aluminium windows. he quoted me R21750.00. he wanted an upfront deposit. on the 30 june 2013 i paid him R15750.00. i phoned him daily. everytime the same excuse. i am on my way, or i promise tomorrow i will install. this has been going on for 4 months. i have been to his workshop in langlaagte. he promised me the frames have been made it will take 2 days to install. until today i have not seen him neither has he installed it. never do business with him.
