Reported faulty washing machine end Jan. 2 yr old washing machine. Tech came said he needed a part. Had to phone back eventually 1 week later to find out what was happening. Part will take 10 working days to arrive, at a cost of ~R2000! Now middle March, no part, no washing machine and no one follows up to tell you what is happening despite numerous promises to call back etc. Today I spoke to Alan who assured he'd phone me before close of business, still waiting. It is all very well to have fantastic 6th sense state of the art technology but then you need to back it up with service at a similar level. The customer service experience is prehistoric. Have lost faith in the brand.
